Professional chocolate mould in hard polycarbonate plastic for making homemade, cast chocolates. Makes 21 pieces of chocolate in Rose motif.
Before setting the chocolate to cool, scrape the surface clean, making it easier to remove chocolates out of the mould. When the chocolate has completely solidified, turn the mould onto a clean, dry tea towel, tapping lightly on a table. It is important when using good quality chocolate that it is always tempered precisely. If it is not tempered properly, it will not succeed in getting the moulded chocolates out of the form. We recommend these chocolate drops.
This hard plastic chocolate form is not for use in freezer or oven, and is not suitable for dishwasher. Instead, clean the mould in warm water without the use of soap to prevent the chocolate from sticking. Wipe with a tea towel and then with a cotton ball to ensure that all residues are removed from the grooves. If necessary, clean with cotton wool before use.
