Cole & Mason Truffle Salt

Try these Cole & Mason Truffle Salt with a wild mushroom dish. Truffle and mushroom are forest floor companions. So swap out normal salt for truffle in any mushroom dishes to add an extra earthy flavour. 

Why not try giving your butter an upgrade. Add a pinch of truffle salt to some unsalted butter before spreading on freshly baked bread or savoury scones. Or add a dash to a knob of unsalted butter and stir through fresh pasta instead of a sauce.
