Azofra Terracotta Casserole

This traditional terracotta casserole dish is produced using traditional Spanish ceramic methods. It is the authentic way to serve tapas and is perfect for oven-to-table cooking. This high quality terracotta can be used on stove top and in ovens. 

Always begin cooking at low temperature and heat with the oven to prevent thermal shock cracking your dish. Do not place into water when still hot and dry thoroughly after washing.

The larger sizes 26cm and 40cm design differ slightly in base and include integrated handles. See pictures for reference.
