This board is great for slicing and chopping but is also perfect for serving up just about anything you can think of we love using ours to serve bread or a gorgeous selection of cheeses!

This board has the special honour of being named after a place that is very special to William and his father. William’s father always harboured a passion for woodturning, coming from five generations of master craftsmen. Together, they’d spend hours discussing the merits of different techniques and types of wood.

Using these cherished memories, William and Cheryl created Ballyshane. A stunningly simple board it is sure to be invaluable in any home and will take the centre stage in any kitchen or on any table.

Ballyshane boards are made by hand in William and Cheryl's studio in Co. Carlow from 100% sustainable Irish Hardwoods. Each board comes with a traceability tag that indicates where in Ireland the timber for your board came from.
