Blomsterbergs Brioche Tin 22cm

A large 22cm steel fluted edge Brioche tin with non-stick coating, releases easily and is easy to clean. The mould holds 1.5 liters, is 9.3 cm high. Perfect for brioche bread, beautiful cakes, pudding and more. The conical shape makes it easy to take out your beautiful baked goods.

Grease the inside of the tin with baking spray or natural vegetable oil when baking. This Blomsterbergs tin is made of ECCES steel, a European produced BPA-free high quality steel. Although reinforced with two layers of steel, for better heat distribution and a more uniform surface, it is very light and flexible. Wash before first use.
