Food-grade plastic dough scraper. Suitable for rounded corners (scraping), cutting dough or for removing a semi-compact to compact preparation from a container, for filling pastry piping bags. The scraper is flexible and supple and has a rounded side and a flat side which makes it very practical for use in any type of container.

Wash by hand or dishwasher. Do not use with very hot preparations.
