Use and care instructions
Before using your cookware for the first time, wash it with hot soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Thoroughly rinse and carefully dry. Follow the following seasoning steps:

1) Pour 1 mm of oil on the bottom of the pan.

2) Heat oil to smoke point.

3) Turn off heat and allow to cool.

4) Remove oil and wipe pan with paper tissue.

5) Heat pan again for 2 minutes without oil. Your pan is ready to be used
