To use the thermometer simply insert the proble into the food before placing in the oven. The timer can then be postioned on the front of the oven, via the magnet, or stood on the countertop using the flip down stand, to effectively monitor the cooking temperature. The thermometer measures in °C and °F. The digital timer displays minutes, seconds and degrees. Maximum temperature: 250°C. Maximum time: 99 mins 59 sec.
