The Kitchen Whisk

Eddingtons Nordic Gingerbread Man & Girl Biscuit Mould

Made of beechwood from sustainable European forests this beautiful mould of a Gingerbread Man & Girl is a wonderful gift for your star baker.
The biscuits are the mirror image of the carved wooden moulds they are shaped in, and are inspired by traditional Dutch biscuits called 'Speculaas' which were made using wooden moulds in the shape of windmills.
