This specially designed pan creates a diminutive version of the classic French sponge cookie immortalized by Proust. The sturdy double nonstick surface has 12 scalloped cups that produce perfect madeleines every time. Made in France of heavy-gauge coated steel that won't bend or buckle, this pan is durable and easy to clean.

Gobel madeleine moulds are made of steel coated with a two-layer ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating. It has a thickness of 0.5 mm with a rolled edge, it is robust and durable. Your preparations can be easily removed from the mould for an impeccable result without the need for adding fat to grease the pan!
