Peels, cores and slices apples (and also potatoes) in one easy motion. Using a traditional clamp fitting to hold the apple in place, peel is removed by simply turning the handle. To slice the apple, simply continue turning the handle whilst the core is removed and then remove the apple from the clamp. A lever action suction base secures the clamp to worktops, ensuring it is completely stable when in use. Ideal for use when batch cooking pies, jams, chutneys and sauces.
