To use:

Place the corer on a clean surface or worktop. Flip the lever at the base and gently fasten down on to any surface. Once securely suction, place apple, stem towards the prongs, and turn.

When peeling sweet potatoes or potatoes, the adjustable coring arm at the end, allows you to loosen the wing nut and drop it down when no coring is needed.

Depending on thickness of the peel, the peeler blade can be adjusted by loosening the wing nut.
