Lame Knife, Baker's Blade

Baker blades or Lame knives are the ideal utensil for scoring already shaped bread dough. They feature a very sharp stainless steel blade that can cut without exerting a lot of pressure. An accurate, quality cut thanks to a cutting angle which facilitates scoring the dough.
