These delicious food flavours are 100% natural and perfect to add to delicious ice creams, buttercreams or even batters. Add 1-2 teaspoons of flavouring into 500g of mix or batter, depending on how strong you want the flavour to be.

This is the secret to creating a white buttercream with a great flavour that can then be coloured as required. Simply replace your butter with white vegetable fat and add the butter flavour.
