Perfect for rolling out sugarpaste to cover cakes and for working with modelling and flower paste. This rolling out board is ideal for rolling out edible fondant, sugar paste or modelling soft clay. It is plain on one side and veined on the other, making it handy to just flip the board easily, and it comes with a non-slip mat. Not recommended to use with any knives or sugarcraft knives, it is not a cutting board.
