Renshaw Marzipan is ideal for covering cakes and modelling. It can be used with a variety of cutters & moulds, and is easily coloured or flavoured.

How to cover a cake:

• Knead marzipan until pliable. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 5mm (1/4 inch) on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar

• Brush cake with cool boiled, sieved apricot jam, and cover the cake with marzipan

• Gently smooth the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife.
