Taylor's Eye Witness Ceramic Chef's Knife & Sheath

A long-lasting all-purpose chef's knife with a ceramic blade. Made from zirconia ceramic, the 6”/15cm blade is razor sharp for precision cutting and maintains its sharpness for much longer than steel. Ceramic will not corrode and discolour. The technology used in the manufacturing process ensures that the zirconia blade core is extremely compact and strong. This helps to give the blade a longer life and superior flexural strength.

Ideal for cutting, slicing and chopping vegetables and fruit (e.g. kiwi, apple, and tomato), poultry/meat and other tough cuts such as beets and squashes. Perfect for creating salads and preparing tomatoes, slicing fish and boneless meat. Comes with a protective sheath.
