The hardened and carefully sharpened cutting wheel made of special steel stays permanently sharp, while the double-sided guide provides a lot of stability. In addition to cutting and portioning pizza and tarte flambée, it is suitable for cutting homemade pasta dough, pastry dough or for thin sheet cake.

For the sake of nature, all wood comes from sustainably managed German orchards and private forests. The handles are turned in the Sauerland region of Germany, then finely finished in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel. Naturally, eco-electricity is used.
