Maintain your knives with this Wusthof Honing Steel with a hanging loop and black base. Suitable for knives 23cm or shorter.

With regular use, any knife´s edge will lose its "bite". Using a WÜSTHOF sharpening steel will realign the edge and keep it sharp for continued cooking enjoyment.

Always use a honing steel that is longer than your largest knife.
