The YooCook aluminium siphon is ideal for making sweet and delicious whipped Chantilly cream and mousse, or savoury espumas or foam in seconds! Comes with 3 nozzles and a cleaning brush. Designed professionally for cold and hot preparations, the removable tank has a heat resistant up to 70°C, and can be immersed in water bath for hot preparations.

Precautions: The siphon must not be subjected to temperatures above 70°C or below + 1°C. Do not put the siphon in the freezer. Do not put it in an oven or microwave. Keep away from children. This siphon works under pressure, injury can result from improper use.
