Zassenhaus Olive Wood Santoku Knife 16cm

This knife from Zassenhaus is made of stainless blade steel which is the chrome-molybdenum-vanadium
steel, (X50 CrMoV 15). The knifes are forged blade, specially ice hardened, hand ground and finely polished by hand. The blades are very durable as they are corrosion resistance and cutting retention. The olivewood handle contains ergonomic handle shape for comfortable and precise cutting. The knives are made in Solingen according to traditional blacksmithing.
