It also removes the need for frying with oil, so presents a healthier alternative. It has a 1.2L (2 pints, 40.5fl oz) capacity and is compatible with both 5.6L and 7.5L Instant Pot™ pressure cookers and traditional ovens. It's also heat resistant to 232°C (450°F) and it's suitable for use with air-fryers.
